Gather the parents together for a morning or afternoon tea after drop off or before pick up. Invite a parent to host a focus group. Discussion is open ended and based directly on the concerns of the group. Needs Assessments and Program Effectiveness Surveys Directors, teachers, parents and school boards all benefit from an unbiased and confidential assessment. Confidential interviews, observations, round table discussions, and custom designed surveys are all tools to develop an action plan. Parent Education Evenings Choose a topic based on the needs and concerns of your parents and hold an informative workshop on topics such as: Transitions, Kindergarten Readiness, Is My Child on Track?
